The Course Structure of 4 Year Diploma in Tool & Die Making

Tool Design is critical to the manufacturing industry. Tooling is the foundation for Product design and the manufacturing industry. A Tool & Die Maker (3 years + 1 year Industrial/Inplant Training) who masters this skill is rightly the backbone of the manufacturing industry. The course of 4 year Diploma In Tool & Die Making enables a student to develop the necessary skills required to become a successful Tool & Die Maker. The course content comprises of study of modern production technology, Material Science, Engineering Drawing, Metrology involving precision inspection techniques, hydraulics & pneumatics, Mechatronics, Design and manufacture of Tools & Dies Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures, and Gauges etc. Training in Tool & Die technology using CAD/CAM/CAE.
